- Manage and retain an existing portfolio of benefits clients
- Lead renewals and ongoing client strategy
- Design customized benefit solutions (medical, dental, vision, life, disability)
- Guide clients through compliance, plan design, and cost management
- Grow your own book through referrals and networking
- Partner with internal teams to support client success
- Active Ohio Life & Health license (required)
- Proven experience in group health / employee benefits consulting
- Strong relationship-building and client advisory skills
- Ability to navigate a complex and evolving benefits landscape
- A growth mindset—you want to build, not just maintain
- A growing firm that has doubled in size over the past 5 years

Hybrid role based in the Columbus, OH area: 2–3 days per week in-office for collaboration and sales meetings COMPENSATION
Base salary: $70,000 – 85,000 (depending on experience)
Plus commission and additional performance-based incentives BENEFITS
