From plan design to administration, technology, and wellness solutions, we deliver the tools and expertise our clients need to build stronger organizations.

We’re growing and looking for an experienced Employee Benefits Consultant to step into an existing book of business, build client relationships, and help drive continued growth.

What You’ll Do

• Manage and retain an existing portfolio of benefits clients
• Lead renewals and ongoing client strategy
• Design customized benefit solutions (medical, dental, vision, life, disability)
• Guide clients through compliance, plan design, and cost management
• Grow your own book through referrals and networking
• Partner with internal teams to support client success

What We’re Looking For

• Active Ohio Life & Health license (required)
• Proven experience in group health / employee benefits consulting
• Strong relationship-building and client advisory skills
• Ability to navigate a complex and evolving benefits landscape

WORK ARRANGEMENT
Hybrid role based in the Columbus, OH area: 2–3 days per week in-office for collaboration and sales meetings

COMPENSATION
Base salary: $70,000 – 85,000 (depending on experience)
Plus commission and additional performance-based incentives
