Highlights Location: Edison, NJ Facility: Hackensack Meridian Health Schedule: Part-time, Day shift What You'll Do Collect comprehensive data pertinent to the patient's health or situation. Perform age and disease specific assessments independently. Recognize clinical and diagnostic status changes in patient status. Identify patient/family education needs based on age and disease. Develop a plan of care that prescribes strategies and interventions. Communicate, coordinate, and implement the plan of care. Provide ongoing communication with patient/family and healthcare team. Administer medications utilizing bar-scanning and documentation technologies. Evaluate progress toward attainment of outcomes. Identify ethical issues in the practice setting and address them.
