Supplier Quality Engineer

Drive supplier quality performance and improvement initiatives across the supply chain. Partner with suppliers to enhance process capability, controls, and overall product quality. Lead supplier audits, corrective actions, and continuous improvement efforts. Track and report supplier performance metrics and risk mitigation strategies. Collaborate with Quality, Engineering, and Procurement teams to resolve issues. Support supplier qualification, development, and long-term quality strategy.

A successful Supplier Quality Engineer should have:

• 3+ years of experience in supplier quality, engineering, or manufacturing
• Experience working directly with external suppliers
• Background in regulated industries (medical device, pharma, aerospace, defense, automotive) preferred
• Knowledge of quality systems and standards (ISO, FDA, etc.)
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Engineering degree preferred
