AMSYS is seeking a results-driven Technology Staffing Sales Executive to grow our IT Staffing and Talent Solutions business across commercial and public-sector markets. This is a hunter role responsible for developing new client relationships, generating staffing opportunities, and partnering with our recruiting team to deliver top technology talent. This is a hunter role responsible for developing new client relationships, generating staffing opportunities, and partnering with our recruiting team to deliver top technology talent. Location Location: Houston, TX 77074 Responsibilities Develop new business through prospecting, networking, referrals, and strategic outreach. Build relationships with CIOs, IT leaders, Procurement, HR, and Vendor Management teams. Sell IT staffing and consulting services to commercial and government clients. Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation through contract execution. Partner with recruiting to ensure timely delivery of qualified candidates. Maintain an active sales pipeline and achieve monthly revenue targets. Qualifications 5+ years of experience selling IT staffing or technology consulting services. Proven success developing new business and managing enterprise accounts. Experience selling technical staffing solutions in commercial and/or public sector markets.
