HR Generalist

• Administer general HR duties such as onboarding, benefits, career engagement, and employee relations. • Cross-train and develop knowledge of all Human Resources functions to provide support across the HR department. • Manage and coordinate ER case load. • Handle and investigate complaints, grievances, and employee escalations. • Provide expert guidance to management to resolve complex ER issues and ensure a fair and compliant resolution. • Facilitate orientations and other presentations representing HR's initiatives to new hires and existing employees. • Assist with system updates and improvements for enhanced HR operations and efficiency. • Develop and draft policies that relate to HR practices for improved employee experience and compliance. Requirements Completed Bachelor's degree (Human Resources, Business Administration, or Psychology preferred) 1-3 years of HR experience, preferably in a HR Generalist role Employee Relations experience, including managing end-to-end complex cases with minimal supervision. Thorough understanding of employment law, regulations, and best practices. Strong computer literacy with capability in email, MS Office, and related HR software. Demonstrates expertise in Employee Relations, including managing complex cases and providing guidance on compliance with employment law. Proficient in HR operations, policy development, and enhancing employee experience through effective onboarding and engagement strategies.
