Stratégie marketing & prescriptionDéfinir la stratégie d’engagement des diabétologues sur votre périmètreIdentifier les leviers de croissance en prescription en intégrant les lancements de produits et de solutions digitalesConstruire des plans marketing intégrés (omnicanal) adaptés aux différents segments de prescripteursAnalyser les insights marché : parcours de soin, pratique médicale, environnement concurrentiel et réglementaire)2. Activation terrain & adoptionDévelopper des campagnes d’activation impactantes (présentiel, média, digital)Piloter des dispositifs variés :Congrès et événements scientifiquesCampagnes média et dispositifs d’acquisitionOutils promotionnels & contenus HCPAssurer une exécution irréprochable des lancements et temps forts3. Gestion de projets & innovationContribuer à des projets transverses (solutions de santé, services, partenariats…) local/EMEA/GlobalIdentifier et activer de nouvelles opportunités de création de valeurAdapter les initiatives aux besoins des professionnels de santé et aux spécificités du système français4. Collaboration transverseTravailler en étroite collaboration avec :équipe venteséquipe médicale et market accesséquipe EMEAEtre référent internes sur les solutions digitales5.
