Account Manager, Video Solutions

Generating a consistent pipeline, the full-time Account Manager, Video Solutions will manage customer acquisition and revenue growth by leveraging existing relationships and sourcing new sales opportunities through calls and meetings in a remote work environment. Key responsibilities Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails Advise customers on suitable product selection and maintain long-lasting relationships through exceptional after-sales service Ensure all leads are well qualified and route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, marketing, or a related field preferred Minimum of 5 years of experience in inbound and outbound lead to closure execution in video solutions Strong prospecting, territory planning, and team-selling experience Knowledge of the sales process from initiation to close Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite and CRM/Salesforce experience preferred
