Step into a dynamic contract opportunity as a School Speech Language Pathologist, supporting students across a thriving district in the Fort Worth area. This position offers the chance to make a meaningful difference in the lives of K-12 students, while enhancing your leadership experience by supervising SLPAs onsite. Two onsite roles are available, with assignments running from ASAP through May 26, 2027. Individual caseloads will be determined based on student needs.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Current, valid Texas SLP license (CCC-SLP required)
• Prior experience in a school-based setting working with K-12 students
• Strong skills in assessment, intervention, and IEP documentation
• Willingness and ability to supervise SLPAs onsite
• Excellent organizational and communication capabilities
• Commitment to fostering an inclusive, supportive learning environment

Responsibilities:

• Deliver speech and language therapy to students with diverse needs across the district
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school teams to support student progress
• Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized educational plans (IEPs)
• Supervise and mentor SLPAs working within the district
• Maintain accurate, timely records and documentation
• Attend relevant meetings and participate in student support initiatives
