The Kitchen Manager will be responsible for food preparation, cooking, maintaining food quality standards, overseeing food & beverage operations, and managing culinary aspects of the kitchen. Qualifications
- Must have a passion for business in management
- Strong interpersonal relations, communication and organizational skills, leadership, dependability, maturity
- Overseeing daily business operations
- Evaluating team performance and productivity
- Recruiting, training and supervising staff
- Creating staff schedules and maintaining compliance with labor laws
- Ensuring compliance with licensing,hygiene and health and safety legislation
- Promoting and marketing the business
- Overseeing stock levels and ordering supplies
- Handling customer inquires and complaints
- Assessing and improving profitability
- Liaising with customers, employees, suppliers, licensing authorities and sales representatives
- Making improvement to the running of the business and developing the restaurant
