El Supervisor de Operaciones de Almacén es responsable del funcionamiento diario eficiente del almacén, con énfasis particular en la supervisión del personal de almacén y el logro de los objetivos de producción diarios. Turno disponible: 2do. Responsabilidades Gestión de Operaciones Desarrolla e implementa horarios y tareas de trabajo de envío y recepción para asegurar operaciones efectivas y eficientes para alcanzar los objetivos. Brinda supervisión directa al personal de almacén, emparejando las habilidades y el historial del personal con el trabajo requerido. Supervisar un entorno dinámico y rápido. Manejar prioridades cambiantes. Gestionar fuerzas laborales estacionales. Implementar métricas de desempeño y herramientas de mejora de procesos. Requisitos Debe tener conocimientos de aplicaciones de Microsoft Office, equipo de almacén y normas regulatorias. Se requieren habilidades excelentes de comunicación, gestión de talento y servicio al cliente. Se prefiere el bilingüismo inglés/español. La capacidad para trabajar horas irregulares y levantar hasta 50 libras es esencial. #J-18808-Ljbffr NFI Industries
