Responsable Logistique Et Chef De Projet vnementiel
L'ESGCI, spcialise en marketing et commerce est membre du Groupe ESG, recherche pour son entreprise collaboratrice, un(e) Responsable Logistique et Chef de Projet vnementiel pour prparer l'une de nos formations diplmantes reconnues par l'Etat de niveau 5 niveau 7.
Type de contrat : Alternance
Missions principales : Sous la responsabilit de la direction et en collaboration avec l'quipe, le/la Responsable Logistique et Chef de Projet vnementiel aura pour missions principales :
- Organisation logistique des vnements :
- Slectionner et ngocier avec les tablissements hteliers et restaurants.
- Raliser les rservations, grer les rooming lists et suivre les dpenses.
- Coordonner le transport des bagages et l'assistance logistique et mcanique.
- Gestion budgtaire et administrative :
- Dfinir et grer les enveloppes budgtaires des vnements.
- Effectuer le suivi des oprations relatives la facturation.
- Relation clients et oprations de conciergerie :
- Assurer le suivi des inscriptions et des informations destines aux participants.
- Organiser des services de conciergerie (location de vhicules, guides touristiques, etc.).
Profil recherch :
Formation : En cours de MASTRE Logistique, Business Development, International Business ou Marketing et Communication.
Comptences :
- Excellent sens de l'organisation et de la gestion du temps.
- Aptitudes en ngociation et gestion budgtaire.
- Maitrise des outils bureautiques et logiciels de gestion.
- Sens du relationnel et capacit travailler en quipe.
Qualits personnelles :
- Rigueur et autonomie.
- Got pour l'univers des rallyes automobiles et vnements de prestige.
Conditions :
- Rmunration selon le contrat d'alternance.
- Possibilit de participer aux vnements organiss par l'entreprise.
- Poste bas Paris (75).
- Rmunration selon niveau d'tudes + ge. Formation prise en charge 100% par l'entreprise.
- Prochaine rentre : Septembre/Octobre
