Position Specific Description The Business Analyst I supports account-level research, case management, reporting, audit support, and process discipline for EverBright Revenue Protection workflows. This role helps the team manage Salesforce case assignments, postponement/deferment and contract modification requests, UCC and ABS reporting, legal account assistance, and recurring analytics used to monitor portfolio performance and operational controls. Summary Employees in this role support the Revenue Protection organization through account research, cross‑functional coordination, high‑quality documentation, data validation, and recurring reporting. The Business Analyst partners with Legal, Compliance, Data Analytics, Business Management, Customer/Operations partners, and external servicing stakeholders to resolve account issues, support audits, and improve recurring workflow. Job Overview This position blends operational execution with analytical support. The Business Analyst reviews customer and account‑level information, prepares accurate stakeholder responses, validates data outputs, maintains process documentation, and supports reporting packages related to delinquency, modifications, write‑offs, recoveries, UCC filings, and financing/audit requests. Success in this role requires attention to detail, comfort working across systems, clear written communication, adherence to documented procedures, and the ability to manage both recurring deliverables and time‑sensitive ad hoc requests. Job Duties & Responsibilities Review Salesforce case workflows and postponement/deferment request processing, including assignment review, account‑level research, documentation, decision support, issue resolution, and clear stakeholder communication. Respond to ad hoc legal requests by gathering accurate account information, coordinating next steps, following up with stakeholders, and escalating issues when additional review is needed. Prepare monthly reports for ABS account modifications and support EverBright financing audit activities by compiling account‑level documentation, screenshots, data extracts, and complete responses to Business Management requests. Compile UCC reports, coordinate updates with Data Analytics, and validate Power BI outputs for accuracy. Support contract modification workflows by identifying impacted homeowners, preparing and validating data inputs, developing technical reporting, analyzing impairment and contract value‑at‑risk exposure, tracking payment outcomes, and assisting with escalated modification reviews. Perform ad hoc analysis to support Revenue Protection leadership, portfolio monitoring, operational escalations, and process improvement decisions. Maintain consistent process documentation, transition materials, status updates, and operating discipline across recurring Revenue Protection workflows. Required Qualifications High School Grad / GED Bachelor's or Equivalent Experience Experience: 3+ years Preferred Qualifications At least 2+ years of experience in an analyst, operations, or customer financial services environment; working with data and reporting; cross‑functional collaboration and communication. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Data/Analytics, or a related field. Strong Excel skills; experience with SQL and/or Power BI (or similar BI tools) and familiarity with Salesforce workflows or similar system.
