Are you motivated by building relationships, developing new business, and earning unlimited commission income ? We are looking for a Territory Account Executive to manage and grow our Richmond, VA territory and surrounding areas . This is a business-to-business outside sales position focused on developing relationships with real estate professionals and growing our home warranty business. You will build relationships with: Mortgage Professionals Other Real Estate Industry Professionals This is a relationship-driven, business-to-business outside sales role where you will spend your time in the field meeting with clients, developing partnerships, conducting presentations, and growing your territory. Key Responsibilities Prospect and develop new business throughout Richmond and surrounding areas Build and maintain strong relationships with real estate agents, brokers, and industry professionals Conduct face-to-face sales appointments and presentations Schedule and conduct office presentations and Lunch & Learns Visit real estate offices and business partners throughout your territory Generate referrals and expand your professional network Educate clients on home warranty products and programs Maintain an active sales pipeline and update CRM activity Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals Attend networking events, industry meetings, and community functions Provide ongoing account support and exceptional customer service Take ownership of your territory and identify opportunities for continued growth Qualifications Required Experience in Home Warranty, Real Estate, Mortgage, or Title strongly preferred Proven outside sales, business development, or account management experience Demonstrated success prospecting and closing new business Strong networking and relationship-building skills Excellent communication and presentation skills Self-motivated and comfortable working independently Strong organizational and time-management skills Ability to manage a geographic sales territory Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Ability to travel throughout Richmond, VA and surrounding areas Preferred Existing book of business within the real estate industry Established relationships with real estate agents and brokerages 3+ years of successful sales or account management experience What Makes You Successful?
