Operations Analyst

To support client integration and electronic data interchange processes, the full-time remote Operations Analyst will manage daily batch file updates, troubleshoot data quality issues, and ensure compliance with service standards. Key responsibilities Process and support daily/weekly client batch file updates in collaboration with account managers and clients Conduct data analysis, troubleshoot integration issues, and perform manual updates as necessary Ensure quality and service levels are met while complying with ethical business conduct and training requirements Required qualifications High School Diploma/G.E.D. required; Associate's degree or equivalent experience preferred 2+ years of experience in PBM operations, claims processing, or client integrations Proven analytical skills and experience with data operations/reporting Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively Advanced knowledge of MS Office applications, particularly Excel and Access #J-18808-Ljbffr Maxor National Pharmacy Services, LLC
