- Monday - Friday: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM
- No evenings or weekends
- Oversee all daily operations and ensure a smooth, efficient, and patient-friendly experience
- Lead, coach, and support a strong front office and clinical team
- Drive production, schedule optimization, and financial performance
- Manage AR, collections, insurance processing, and treatment coordination
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, HIPAA, and company standards
- Create a warm, positive culture rooted in trust, communication, and accountability
- 3-5 years of experience in a Dental Office Manager or advanced front office leadership role
- Stable work history with tenure at the same practice or group strongly preferred
- Deep knowledge of dental insurance, billing, treatment coordination, and scheduling
- Strong leadership, communication, and conflict resolution skills
- Proficiency with dental software ( Denticon experience is a plus )
- Someone who leads with integrity, empathy, and energy
