Receptionist Assisted Living Facility

Job Summary:

We are seeking a friendly, organized, and computer-literate Receptionist to join our team at Promenade at University Place, an assisted living facility in Albany, New York. As a key member of our front desk concierge team, you will provide exceptional customer service to our residents and guests, handling phone calls, screening and directing calls, and ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Responsibilities:

• Answer phones, screen and direct calls, and respond to inquiries

• Assist residents and guests with various requests and services, providing exceptional customer service

• Utilize Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) to manage schedules, track resident information, and perform administrative tasks

• Maintain accurate records, files, and databases

• Provide administrative support to the facility management team

Schedule:

• We are seeking a part-time Receptionist to work evenings and one weekend day

• The ideal candidate will have a flexible schedule, with the ability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week

• Desired Shift: Tuesday-Saturday, 4:00 p.m.-10:00 p.m.

Wage and Benefits:

• Competitive hourly rate: $17.00

Requirements:

• 1 year of experience in a customer service or administrative role

• High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in a related field an asset

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
