Multi-Craft Maintenance Technician Manufacturing
NSC is seeking a contract to hire Multi-Craft Maintenance Technician with strong electrical troubleshooting capabilities. Location: NW Indianapolis Pay: $45/hr - $48/hr D.O.E. Skill Profile:
- Electrical troubleshooting (primary competence)
- Mechanical maintenance capability (secondary)
- Able to work independently in a production environment
Minimum Qualifications Required:
- 5+ years industrial maintenance experience
- Strong electrical troubleshooting (480V / 3-phase systems)
- Mechanical maintenance experience (conveyors, bearings, systems)
- Ability to troubleshoot independently
- Manufacturing environment experience (continuous process preferred)
Preferred:
- Plastics / extrusion experience
- PLC troubleshooting (Allen-Bradley)
- Hydraulics and pneumatics experience
Safety & Compliance Requirements
- OSHA-compliant work practices
- Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) adherence
- Pre-employment screening (drug + background)
- PPE compliance
- Safety training documentation required
