Job Description
The Maintenance Technician is responsible for leading a team of technicians who will provide equipment reliability by providing troubleshooting, repairs to a wide range of manufacturing processing equipment. This maintenance professional has the opportunity to work any of their three shifts.

Responsibilities:
Support the PM Program with the goal of reducing equipment downtime
Follow OSHA and government roles, including Lock-out/Tag-out procedures. (GMPs) and personal/food safety Programs (SQF)
Troubleshoot, diagnose, and develop a plan to resolve equipment issues, including PLCs, plant electrical, hydraulics, pneumatic, and general mechanical systems
Maintenance record of work performed through the use of work orders, software
Consistently seek opportunities for continuous improvement
Qualifications:
High school diploma required
Minimum 3 years of maintenance experience in a high-volume food manufacturing setting
Ability to wire electrical motors, stick and MIG weld, and use basic machine tools
