User Experience Designer

We’re looking for a UX/UI Product Designer to join our product team and help shape intuitive, elegant, and impactful user experiences. This role blends user‑centered thinking with strong visual design skills to create seamless digital experiences from concept to execution. You’ll collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and leadership to define problems, explore solutions, and deliver high‑quality designs that drive real user and business outcomes. Where You’ll Work Full‑time, in‑office at our headquarters in Dallas, TX. You’ll be right in the heart of the action, surrounded by a team of passionate, high‑energy individuals who thrive in a collaborative, fast‑paced environment. What You’ll Do Design end‑to‑end user experiences across web and mobile products—from discovery through delivery. Translate complex ideas into simple, intuitive, and elegant user flows and interfaces. Create wireframes, prototypes, and high‑fidelity UI designs. Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to inform design decisions. Partner with Product and Engineering to ensure designs are feasible and implemented with high quality. Contribute to and evolve our design system, ensuring consistency across the product. Advocate for the user while balancing business goals and technical constraints. Iterate quickly based on data, feedback, and product priorities. What We’re Looking For 3+ years of experience in UX/UI or Product Design roles. Strong portfolio showcasing end‑to‑end design work and problem‑solving process. Proficiency in design tools like Figma (or similar). Experience with user research, usability testing, and interaction design. Solid understanding of UX principles, accessibility, and responsive design. Ability to communicate design decisions clearly and collaborate cross‑functionally. Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, iterative environment. Nice to Have Experience working in SaaS or startup environments. Familiarity with front‑end development (HTML/CSS/JS). Experience building or contributing to design systems.
