Union Benefits Manager

Inbound and outbound calling Scheduling appointments with clients who request our benefits Presenting and explaining insurance products and benefits packages over Zoom video call Sell and up sell insurance to new and existing clients Completing applications for insurance products Report daily numbers Attend optional training classes Completing tasks that an underwriter requires to get the client approved for the coverage Qualifications: Strong communication skills Time management skills 18+ years of age Must pass a background check High school diploma (higher education preferred but not required) Life Insurance License (If you do not have one, license fees will apply) Compensation: Competitive performance based pay structure (average first year earnings $68,000-$140,000) Benefits: - Incentive Trips with Top Leaders to destinations like Cabo, Tulum, Vegas, and Cancun 100% Remote • Work From Anywhere Weekly Training Calls Weekly Performance Based Bonuses Uncapped Commission Pay Structure Health Insurance reimbursement Group Life insurance Lifetime Residual Income Retirement Plan Remote: Yes Skills required: Leadership experience is a plus but not required Willingness to learn Handle constructive criticism Organizational skills Team orientated Positivity People skills – and a sense of humor! #J-18808-Ljbffr
