Junior Operations Manager

About the Role

As a Junior Operations Manager at Forward Health GmbH, you'll support the day-to-day operations of our direct-to-consumer health business, coordinating across suppliers, warehouses, and technology partners. You'll work on supply chain optimization, logistics coordination, and process improvements that directly impact our ability to serve customers efficiently. This role is ideal for someone transitioning from consulting or strategy work into hands-on operational leadership.

What You'll Do

• Coordinate with producers, warehouses, and software providers to ensure smooth order fulfillment and inventory management.
• Analyze operational workflows and identify opportunities for process improvement and cost optimization.
• Support supply chain planning and logistics execution to meet customer delivery commitments.
• Manage ERP and logistics tools to track shipments, inventory levels, and operational metrics.
• Communicate across internal teams and external partners to resolve operational bottlenecks.

What We're Looking For

• Background in consulting, strategy, or operations internships with exposure to real-world business challenges.
• Experience in direct-to-consumer or e-commerce environments, ideally with understanding of customer fulfillment workflows.
• Hands-on familiarity with operations, supply chain, or logistics functions.
• Fluency in German and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with ERP systems or logistics management tools.
• Structured, analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
