We're looking for someone who

● Has 2–3 years of related experience

● Is proficient with software applications, databases, spreadsheets, and word processing

tools

● Communicates effectively both verbally and in writing

● Has experience with Acumatica (preferred)

What you'll do

● Extract completed sales orders from the CRM and enter them into the Acumatica ERP

system daily

● Review and verify sales orders in Acumatica for accuracy before transmitting them to

fulfillment

● Open cases on the dashboard to obtain additional information for incomplete documents

● Scan documents into document management systems and databases

● Respond to requests for information from internal and external customers

● Update customer information in Acumatica

● Follow data integrity and security policies

● Maintain accurate and organized records across company systems

● Work closely with team members to support efficient and accurate data processing

Physical requirements

● Must be able to sit and work at a computer for approximately 80% of the workday

● Must be able to walk between different locations within the office as needed

● Must be comfortable performing repetitive computer-based tasks for extended periods
