Join Us At Towne InsuranceTowne Insurance is hiring a Benefits Consultant to join our Virginia team. This position can be located in Newport News or Norfolk. The Benefits Consultant is a sales-oriented position requiring advanced communication and negotiating skills, a thorough knowledge of group health and life products, and a proven ability to pursue and close sales developed through leads by bank personnel and one's own relationships.The compensation paid for this position is strictly commission based with a draw against those commissions.
