Key Responsibilities\n

As an LMFT in our organization, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting assessments and evaluations for couples and individuals to identify emotional, psychological, and interpersonal challenges.
\n
• Implementing evidence-based therapeutic techniques, customization of treatment plans, and adjustments based on client progress.
\n
• Facilitating therapy sessions with couples, and also providing individual therapy as needed, to address various issues such as substance abuse, family conflicts, grief, and communication difficulties.
\n
• Maintaining thorough and accurate documentation of sessions and treatment plans using advanced electronic health record systems.
\n
• Working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare providers to devise comprehensive treatment strategies.
\n
• Engaging in continuous professional development to stay updated with best practices in marriage and family therapy.
\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will have the opportunity to serve a diverse clientele, including adults, children, and adolescents. The focus will be on various family dynamics and challenges, including but not limited to:

• Alcohol and substance abuse issues.
\n
• Physical and psychological abuse concerns.
\n
• Support for grief and loss.
\n
• Interpersonal conflicts among family members and siblings.
\n
• Challenges associated with blended families and remarriage.
\n
• Adjustment issues related to separation and divorce.
\n
• Mother-daughter conflicts and general communication difficulties within families.

Qualifications\n

Candidates must meet the following qualifications to be considered for this role:

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.
\n
• Current and active LMFT licensure in the state of California.
\n
• A demonstrated commitment to high-quality patient care and clinical excellence.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, candidates with the following experiences will be given preference:

• Experience in outpatient settings, particularly with couples and family therapy.
\n
• Proficiency in using telehealth technologies to deliver virtual therapy sessions.
\n
• Familiarity with contemporary therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), or similar approaches.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive compensation package in the range of USD 70,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition, our benefits include:
