Job Overview A law firm seeks an Employee Benefits and Executive Compensation Associate in Los Angeles, CA. Engage in professional development to enhance legal and leadership skills. Participate in firm programs, civic organizations, and pro bono work. Requirements 3 years of corporate experience. Experience with AmLaw 100 firm preferred. Ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues. Produce timely and accurate work products. Manage competing demands in a fast‑paced environment. Education JD degree from an accredited law school. Certifications Admitted to practice in the state of California.
