Job Summary:

Manages the work schedules and daily routes for all of our field laborers, oversees day projects, issues job site addresses to day laborers for next working day, makes necessary changes to ensure productivity and efficiency and updates work schedules to reflect said changes.

Job Duties:

• Receives phone calls from clients on new and existing projects and schedules projects accordingly.

• Follows up with all foremen and roll off drivers regarding scheduling.

• Creates backups for upcoming projects. Adds them to the schedule for the duration of the estimated project schedule.

• Hands project back-up to the Administrators for new job number.

• Double checks job numbers and job addresses and makes sure all project have backups with plans.

• Reviews scope of work that is to be completed by foreman questions variations.

• Opens up proposals in PCMX to verify scope and protection.

• Verifies deviations on the plans and notifies the estimator and project admin listed on the job.

• Immediately contacts estimator regarding any urgent issues to get approval to proceed if the work is additional.

• Reviews employee’s hours to reduce OT and double time.

• Confirms employees scheduled for work.

• Calls and confirms employees when changes occur.

• Completes the daily schedule.

• Prints out schedule for tool room.

• E-mails the completed schedule.

• Follows up with projects that are being completed during the day and add notes to the Project Notes on the schedule.

• E-mails back-ups to foreman on a daily basis.

• Confirms completed projects with superintendents and add notes to Spectrum.

• Supports Payroll with any data regarding discrepancies

• Other duties as assigned.

Skills, Knowledge and Ability:

• Bi-lingual Spanish required.

• Ability to handle a high volume of work in a timely and efficient manner with a keen attention to detail.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to interact with clients, employees and vendors in a professional manner.

• Must be able to manage multiple tasks and have excellent follow up skills both internally and externally.

• Ability to work independently and with a team in a fast- paced and high volume environment with emphasis on accuracy and timeliness.

• Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from clients, employees, and management.

• Professional decorum and business maturity required.

• Ability to successfully serve as a member of a team.

• Position may require overtime with little or no advance notice given.

• Must possess strong work ethics. Able to multi-task.

• Must be well organized and a self- starter.

• Detail oriented, professional attitude, reliable, strong organizational and time management skills.
