Attorney Data Privacy Incident Response Law Partner

Our Firm is seeking an experienced Cybersecurity Partner to join its Data Strategy, Privacy & Security practice. The firm has already established strong, market-recognized capabilities in artificial intelligence and privacy law, and is strategically expanding its cybersecurity offering to meet growing client demand. This is a high-impact opportunity for a senior attorney with an established practice to help shape and lead the firm’s cybersecurity platform. Key Responsibilities Advise clients on a full spectrum of cybersecurity matters, including both proactive counseling and incident response : Cyber risk assessments, governance, and compliance frameworks Data breach preparedness and response planning Regulatory compliance (e.g., state, federal, and international cybersecurity regimes) Provide strategic counseling to boards and executive leadership on cybersecurity risk and resilience Support and collaborate on cybersecurity-related litigation , including data breach class actions and commercial disputes involving cyber issues Advise clients or provide subject matter expertise to teams representing clients in regulatory investigations and enforcement actions involving cybersecurity Work closely with the firm’s AI and privacy teams to deliver integrated, cross-disciplinary solutions For the right candidate, Our Firm is open to appointing a Co-Chair of the Data Strategy, Privacy & Security practice , with responsibility for helping to lead and grow the cybersecurity vertical Qualifications CA Bar/based in LA preferred, can be flexible for the most qualified candidate Significant experience in cybersecurity law, including both advisory and incident response workDemonstrated ability or strong interest in supporting litigation and regulatory matters related to cybersecurity Portable book of business of $1.3M+ (preferred) Strong reputation in the cybersecurity legal market Experience working with clients in highly regulated industries is a plus Proven ability to collaborate across practice areas and contribute to firm growth Contact: View email address on click.appcast.io #J-18808-Ljbffr Management Recruiters Inc. – The Boston Group
