Part-Time Requisition #: PAYTE186225 Description Summary We are excited to open a brand new store at the Edwardsville Crossing Shopping Center in Edwardsville Illinois Mid-October! We will be hiring many new positions for this team and will start interviews in September. The Leader in Training (LIT) and Floor Leader position’s primary responsibility is to fulfill our mission statement: “To create the most enjoyable shopping experience possible for our Guests.” The LIT and Floor Leader performs a variety of sales, merchandising and operational tasks assigned by store management (e.g. cashiering, merchandise display and pulls, register procedures, and routine cleaning of facilities). Works directly with the Store Manager and Leadership Team to develop sales, recruit new Teammates and provide leadership.
