To develop and implement effective internal communication strategies, the full-time Senior Internal Communications Specialist will manage communication programs, partner with various departments, and oversee training communications in a remote setting. Key responsibilities Develop and implement internal communication strategies and programs Design, edit, and distribute internal communication materials through various channels Evaluate communication effectiveness and manage training follow-up communications Required qualifications Bachelor's Degree Minimum of 8 years of experience in internal communications and change management Advanced proficiency with SharePoint, Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat, and Smartsheet Experience coordinating enterprise training communications using LMS platforms Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple overlapping projects
