Business Development Representative (Part Time)

This role is about building relationships, being present in the community, and helping others find support when they need it most. This is a flexible, part time opportunity that works well for someone looking for meaningful work without a full time commitment. It is also a role that can grow over time, including the opportunity to be involved in client consultations and deeper client relationships. What You Will Be Doing Build genuine relationships with professionals who serve seniors and their families, including assisted living communities, memory care teams, real estate professionals, and attorneys. Become a trusted resource in the community by sharing how we support families during transitions. Represent Caring Transitions at local events, networking groups, and community gatherings. Stay connected with your network through thoughtful follow up and consistent outreach. Help create opportunities for families to get the support they need at the right time. Who This Role Is Perfect For You enjoy meeting people and building real relationships. You care about helping others and want your work to have meaning. You are self motivated and comfortable managing your own schedule. Experience in senior services, real estate, healthcare, or community outreach is helpful but not required. You are organized, dependable, and communicate well. You have reliable transportation and enjoy being out in the community. What We Offer Flexible part time schedule with the potential to grow.
