Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Med/Surg Tele Registered Nurse to join our team at the Cleveland Clinic Main Campus Hospital. This position may require floating to various units including J1-2, J33, and ED, to provide care for the same patient population.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality nursing care to patients in a Med/Surg Telemetry setting.
• Monitor patients' conditions and record vital signs.
• Administer medications and maintain accurate patient records.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to assess and implement patient care plans.
• Assist in patient education and discharge planning.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 18 months of combined permanent experience in the Med/Surg Tele specialty.
• A minimum of 18 months of recent Med/Surg Tele experience is required.
• Permanent Ohio nursing license or a compact state license in hand at the time of submission.
• Current certifications in BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS.
• Two professional references from a manager, ANM, supervisor, or director in the specialty applying for.
