Contract | Days | 5x8-Hour Shifts (8:00–16:00) | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services within a short-term acute care / Level III Trauma Center environment
• Float between units as needed to support patient care demands
• Manage a patient caseload at an expected ratio of 8 patients to 1 therapist
• Operate as a self-directed team player, maintaining high standards of care and productivity
• Document patient care using Epic electronic health records
• Assist with weekend coverage on an occasional basis to support regular staff

Required Qualifications

• Active Washington State Physical Therapist license required — compact license must be in hand at time of submission
• Minimum of 1 year of acute care experience required
• Must be available to work 3 of the following 5 holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day
• All RTO and specific scheduling requests must be submitted upfront at the time of submittal
• Must live at least 50 miles from the facility to be eligible (locals considered at a different rate)
• 2 professional references covering at least 1 year of experience within the last 3 years required prior to start

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Inpatient Rehabilitation (IPR) experience is a plus
• Experience with Epic charting system preferred
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
