Join Our Team as a Pediatric Critical Care Provider

Key Responsibilities

• Work 1 to 2 weeks each month, including scheduled clinical hours and on-call duties.
• Manage care for 8 to 12 patients during each shift.
• Provide inpatient care exclusively in a pediatric critical care environment.
• Participate in 24-hour on-call duties, with morning rounding and availability from your hotel.
• Maintain a call ratio of 1:1, averaging 5 phone consultations per 24-hour period.
• Perform essential procedures such as ventilation management, central line placements, bronchoscopy, and more.
• Experience with ECMO is preferred; a background in pediatric cardiology is advantageous.
