The ideal candidate will have comprehensive training and experience across the full spectrum of plastic and reconstructive surgery. Candidates should feel confident managing complex reconstructive cases, including facial fracture repair, flap reconstruction, and microsurgical techniques. A fellowship in craniofacial surgery and/or microsurgery is welcome but not required.
