BDC Representative
The BDC Representative at Milea Auto Group will be responsible for effectively managing and converting leads into sales opportunities. They will play a vital role in maintaining customer relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries through phone, email, and online platforms
- Follow up with potential customers and maintain a high level of customer service
- Ensure accurate and timely documentation of customer interactions
- Collaborate with sales team to drive sales and meet targets
Requirements:
- Prior experience in customer service or sales related roles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
