BDC Representative

The BDC Representative at Milea Auto Group will be responsible for effectively managing and converting leads into sales opportunities. They will play a vital role in maintaining customer relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

Respond to customer inquiries through phone, email, and online platforms
Follow up with potential customers and maintain a high level of customer service
Ensure accurate and timely documentation of customer interactions
Collaborate with sales team to drive sales and meet targets

Requirements:

Prior experience in customer service or sales related roles
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in using CRM software and tools
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
