We are seeking a dedicated and licensed Pharmacist to join our team on-site in Lebanon, TN. This role requires a professional who can efficiently manage pharmacy operations and ensure compliance with regulations while providing top-notch service to our clients.

Responsibilities

• Cover shifts, including nights and weekends, ensuring continuous pharmacy operations.
• Be on call after hours on a weekend rotation to address any urgent pharmacy needs.
• Work collaboratively with a team of three other pharmacists to maintain optimal service levels.
• Manage medication packaging for skilled nursing facilities (SNF) or assisted living populations.
• Coordinate facility delivery and med pass schedules effectively.
• Ensure compliance with controlled substance regulations and DEA guidelines within a long-term care setting.

• Valid Tennessee Board of Pharmacy License.
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail, punctuality, and accuracy in all tasks.

• Preferred experience in long-term care or post-acute pharmacy settings.
• Familiarity with long-term care dispensing software.
• Experience with managing medication packaging for SNF or assisted living populations.
• Knowledge of controlled substance regulations and DEA compliance in a long-term care setting.
• Experience with med pass schedules and facility delivery coordination.
• Comfort with on-call responsibilities and addressing after-hours clinical questions from facility staff.

This position requires working primarily closing shifts from 2pm-10:30pm, Monday through Friday, and 8am-3:30pm on weekends, with every other weekend required. The dress code is business casual or scrubs. Interviews will be conducted in person.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Lebanon, TN.

The pay range for this position is $48.00 - $57.00/hr.

This is a fully onsite position in Lebanon,TN.
