About the Position

Experience in ER observation/holding or MS/tele. Description: This position involves providing care in an emergency department observation unit. The RN will manage a diverse patient population, including pediatrics, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics. Key responsibilities include assessing patient needs, administering medications and treatments, and monitoring patient progress. The RN will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Experience with managing various medical devices and protocols is essential. The role includes utilizing electronic health record systems for documentation. Candidates must demonstrate strong clinical skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. All candidates must be aware of the urgency regarding the fingerprinting process as part of onboarding.
