Human Resources Specialist (On-Site)
Location: Anaheim, CA
Compensation: $62,000 to $70,000
Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Human Resources Specialist to join our team onsite in Anaheim. This role will support day-to-day HR operations, including employee relations, onboarding, compliance, and HR administration. The ideal candidate is organized, responsive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities • Manage full-cycle onboarding and offboarding processes, including new hire paperwork, orientation, and system updates
• Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures
• Maintain and update employee records in HRIS systems, ensuring accuracy and compliance
• Assist with benefits administration, including enrollments, changes, and employee education
• Support employee relations efforts by addressing concerns and escalating appropriately
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies
• Assist with payroll coordination, timekeeping, and audit processes
• Participate in HR projects, including process improvements and policy updates
• Support recruitment coordination as needed, including scheduling interviews and communicating with candidates
Qualifications • 2–5 years of Human Resources experience in a generalist or specialist capacity
• Strong knowledge of HR processes, employment law, and best practices
• Experience with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) Workday
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
Preferred Qualifications • HR certification (PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus
