Project Coordinator, AI Implementation

Responsibilities The Project Coordinator, AI Implementation supports the successful implementation and adoption of AI solutions across the organization. This is a full time position within AI Initiatives. The successful candidate will partner with business leaders and cross-functional teams to help keep AI initiatives organized, on schedule, and effectively communicated. Coordinate day-to-day activities supporting the organization's AI implementation initiatives. Schedule and coordinate project meetings, prepare agendas, capture meeting notes, and track action items. Maintain project plans, timelines, project documentation, and status reports. Track project milestones, deliverables, dependencies, and follow-up items. Coordinate communications between project stakeholders and business partners. Organize and maintain project documentation, templates, training materials, and shared resources. Support the planning and coordination of AI demonstrations, training sessions, and user adoption activities. Prepare presentations, reports, and project updates for leadership. Identify opportunities to improve project coordination and administrative processes. Qualifications 3+ years of project coordination or operations support experience. Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Excellent attention to detail and follow-through. Proficiency with Microsoft 365, including Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Ability to build strong working relationships across departments. A proactive, collaborative, and solution-oriented approach. Experience supporting change management or user adoption initiatives for new systems or tools is preferred. Experience with project management tools is preferred. Experience with prompt engineering and context engineering across AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, and Perplexity is a plus. Compensation: The anticipated base salary range for this position is listed below. In addition to a competitive base salary, you will be eligible to receive discretionary bonus incentives and a comprehensive benefits package. Anticipated base salary range : $100,000+ Actual base salary within the anticipated range will be determined by several components including but not limited to the individual's experience, skills, qualifications, and market factors.
