Regional Director Of OperationsA dynamic restaurant group is hiring a Regional Director of Operations to join their incredible team! Please submit a resume if this sounds like you!Regional Director of Operations Salary & Benefits:Generous base salary ($150-$175K)Attractive quarterly bonus (15%)Paid time offMedical, dental and vision benefitsRegional Director of Operations Responsibilities + Qualifications:3-5+ years of experience in multi-unit, multi-state leadership is requiredManaging 15 or more full-service restaurants is requiredStrong financial business acumen, including P+L ownership, inventory analysis, and cost managementProven track record of team development, including effective succession planning, internal promotions, training, hiring, and recruitingModel authentic, warm guest experience, responsible for instilling great service in teamDrive expert operational practices and standards and efficienciesTravel requirement is approximately 50% (Los Angeles, DC area, and Miami)Job ID: 180562 #postErica Gillespie
