Estimator/ Inside sales assistant

We are seeking a proactive, customer‑focused Sales Associate for our sign‑design and installation business. The successful candidate will build long‑lasting relationships, prepare estimates, manage work orders, and help deliver finished projects on schedule. Desired Experience & Qualifications Outgoing, responsive, and eager to learn. Excellent listening skills, strong documentation, and organization. Responsibilities Engage with customers via email, telephone, in‑person, and on site. Build long‑lasting relationships by converting prospects into customers and then into long‑term clients. Prepare estimates, implement work orders, and ensure timely delivery of finished orders. Participate in daily team meetings, execute business and marketing plans, and contribute to the success of the Center. Compensation: $16.00 – $18.00 per hour.
