We are seeking a  Service Advisor  to join our professional customer care team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for customers seeking routine service and maintenance as well as unexpected repairs. Our advisors provide high-quality customer experience from check-in to vehicle delivery, as well as staying on top of customers vehicle's needs while prioritizing ethics and safety — automotive experience preffered.

Responsibilities:

Customer Experience & Vehicle Intake

• Greet customers upon arrival and assist with service check-in using a tablet

• Create repair orders accurately, documenting customer concerns and vehicle condition

• Keep customers updated on service process and provide detailed information on recommendation 

• Coordinate with technicians and staff to create an efficient shop workflow

• Informatively review completed repairs with customers

Administrative & Support Duties

• Assist in managing shop workflow and dispatching work

• Cashiering and money handling

• Assist in managing service scheduling and appointment flow

• Friendly, positive attitude

• Reliable and ready to work

• Good memory
• Able to multi-task

• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment

• Valid driver’s license
