IT Associate

An Astoria based General Contracting company is seeking a full-time IT Support Associate to support daily technology operations across multiple office locations. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, solutions-oriented, and comfortable handling both hands-on technical support and coordination with external IT vendors. Responsibilities Provide day-to-day technical support for employees across multiple office environmentsTroubleshoot hardware, software, networking, and user access issuesSupport laptops, mobile devices, printers, VoIP systems, conferencing equipment, and related technologyCoordinate with external IT providers regarding escalated issues, cybersecurity, maintenance, and system upgradesAssist with onboarding/offboarding, including equipment setup, account access, and permissionsMaintain IT inventory, asset tracking, and software licensing recordsSupport installation and maintenance of access control systems, cameras, and related security technologyAssist with technology setup and support for satellite and offsite office locationsEnsure software updates, antivirus protection, and system patches remain currentTrack and respond to internal help desk requests in a timely manner Qualifications Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related field preferredStrong troubleshooting and organizational skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work independently and collaborativelyProficiency in Microsoft Office applicationsAbility to travel between office locations within NYC as neededAbility to lift and transport technology equipment when required Compensation & Benefits Competitive compensationMedical, dental, and vision coverage401(k) with employer matchPaid time offTuition reimbursementAdditional voluntary benefits available Equal Opportunity Employer.
