What you will do:

• Train and coach team members to meet company standards
• Step in to cover call ins and keep operations running smoothly
• Perform quality checks and proactively address issues
• Build strong relationships with customers and ensure satisfaction
• Support quarterly quality meetings and ongoing account performance
• Assist with walk throughs and service follow up
• Manage and transport supplies as needed
• Maintain strong communication with employees and leadership
• Cleaning is part of the role when needed, but your primary focus is leading and supporting the team.

What we are looking for:

• Experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial work
• Reliable, consistent, and able to follow through
• Strong communication and leadership ability
• Comfortable working independently and making decisions in the field
• Flexible and willing to step in when needed
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
