Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to understand clients’ mental health struggles and design tailored treatment plans that address their unique needs.

• Implement individual therapy sessions using evidence-based techniques aimed at promoting mental wellness and personal growth.

• Collaborate closely with clients to establish therapeutic goals and regularly monitor progress, adjusting treatment strategies as necessary.

• Provide teletherapy sessions for clients who prefer virtual meetings or have mobility challenges, ensuring accessibility to the services they need.

• Maintain up-to-date and accurate documentation of client interactions and treatment plans in compliance with ethical standards and clinic policies.

• Engage in ongoing professional development opportunities to enhance clinical skills and stay informed about emerging trends and best practices in mental health therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a wide range of clients, including individuals struggling with addiction, couples facing relationship challenges, children and teens dealing with anxiety or behavioral issues, and families in need of support. Your expertise will play a crucial role in facilitating transformative experiences for these diverse populations.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.

• A valid and current state-issued LMFT license.
\n
• A minimum of two years of full-time counseling experience in a clinical setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n
