This role is designed for a seasoned Dynamics 365 Finance expert who thrives in fast-paced, client-driven transformation environments. You will play a key role in rapidly implementing and optimizing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain solutions to meet critical business needs, particularly within high-growth and startup-style engagements. Working closely with clients and cross-functional delivery teams, you will translate complex financial processes into scalable system configurations that improve efficiency and operational performance. The role combines hands-on system configuration, functional leadership, and advisory responsibilities across finance transformation initiatives. You will also contribute to shaping solution design, guiding implementation strategy, and enabling clients to achieve rapid time-to-value. This is a highly collaborative position where your expertise will directly influence system design, financial process optimization, and end-user adoption across multiple ERP programs.

Accountabilities

• Lead and facilitate functional design sessions with clients to gather financial and operational requirements and translate them into system solutions.
• Configure Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain modules, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, fixed assets, and financial reporting.
• Design and implement Project Management and Accounting (PMA) functionalities aligned with client business needs.
• Identify functional gaps, document requirements in Functional Design Documents (FDDs), and collaborate with technical teams on solution feasibility and estimates.
• Support end-to-end ERP implementation activities, including testing, data migration, deployment, and training of client subject matter experts.
• Drive test planning, execution, and issue resolution while ensuring quality and alignment with business requirements.
• Partner with project and program managers to manage scope, timelines, and delivery of assigned workstreams.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations / Supply Chain solutions.
• Proven track record of at least three full-cycle ERP implementations in complex business environments.
• Strong expertise in financial processes including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, fixed assets, and financial reporting.
• Deep experience configuring and customizing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance modules and related ERP components.
• Strong ability to translate business requirements into functional designs and system configurations.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience working directly with clients and cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Azure DevOps and Microsoft Office tools, including Visio.
• Ability to work independently in fast-paced, evolving project environments with strong problem-solving skills.
