Chrysalis will provide training, regular time off, extended time off for vacations, and monthly compensation for providing services, rent, and food. Chrysalis will match you with a child, teen, or adult based on your preferences and the individual's needs. Position Qualifications
- All adults in the home must pass a Criminal Background Check
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Must have experience providing support to individual(s) with disabilities
- Meet home/apartment safety and health requirements
- Complete pre-service training requirements
- Capable of communicating well in both verbal and written form
- Must have and maintain a valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Have good judgment
- Have a positive attitude
