Medical Surgical Nurse Opportunity

Provide specialized nursing care to adult patients in a medical-surgical setting. Deliver comprehensive patient assessments, administer medications, and coordinate treatment plans to ensure optimal recovery and safety.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patients’ health status and document findings accurately.
• Administer medications and treatments according to physicians’ orders.
• Monitor patient progress and respond to changes in condition promptly.
• Educate patients and families on post-discharge care and health management.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement care plans.
• Maintain compliance with safety standards and hospital policies.

Qualifications:

• Hold an active and valid Registered Nurse license.
• Possess at least 2+ years of recent medical-surgical nursing experience.
• Demonstrate strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Be proficient in patient documentation and electronic medical records.
• Exhibit excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Be able to work 6:45 PM – 7:15 AM shift.
