Network Operations Center Manager

Optomi, in partnership with a leading client, is seeking an experienced NOC Manager for their Fort Worth location. The right candidate will have experience managing a NOC and bring energy to drive a team build! *Open to relocation as well with reimbursement provided* Responsibilities Lead, mentor, and develop a team of NOC professionals in a 24x7 environment. Manage hiring, onboarding, performance management, and employee development. Oversee daily operations, incident response, escalations, and service delivery. Monitor operational metrics and drive continuous process improvements. Partner with engineering and infrastructure teams to improve operational reliability. Lead major incident reviews and ensure operational documentation and procedures remain current. Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and customer-focused support. Qualifications 8+ years of experience in NOC, Infrastructure Operations, or IT Operations. 3+ years of experience managing technical operations teams. Proven leadership experience with hiring, coaching, and developing employees. Strong understanding of enterprise infrastructure, networking, and operational support environments. Experience managing incident response, service delivery, and operational KPIs. Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills. #J-18808-Ljbffr
