Lead a small cleaning crew in Downtown Richmond and help keep a busy building running smoothly. This is a hands-on supervisory role - you'll clean alongside your team, coach them day to day, and be the point of contact for making sure the building looks great every night.

What You'll DoLead the team

- Comfortable working independently as well as leading a team
- Reliable work history that shows accountability and follow-through
- Physically able to be on your feet a full shift, including walking, bending, kneeling, reaching, and lifting
We've served Virginia since 1974 and built our reputation on consistency and care - for our clients' buildings and for our own people. A lot of our team has been with us for years, which says more about the environment here than we can in a job post. If you're looking for steady evening hours and a real shot at leading a team, we'd like to meet you.
Apply today - interviews being scheduled this week.
